Simple Spicy Seafood Soup

This hearty soup is simple to make –using vegetable juice as a broth base provides a lot of flavor with virtually no prep time. It is warming and stimulating from the capsaicin in the peppers, and that spicy kick is a great mask for the “fishy” flavors of some seafood. Feel free to crank up or dial down the heat by adjusting the amounts of black and cayenne pepper.
