I woke up with this slaw idea. I had everything on hand so I made it at 7am. Outstanding!! Though I’m not sold on it for breakfast 🙂 Use a mandoline to slice the veggies if you have one. The dressing has an almost caramel-like flavor and all together the salad is sweet, tangy and crunchy. It would be amazing with wild game or roasted pork – perfect for a winter holiday table.
