Raw Cranberry Relish

This is my all-time favorite cranberry sauce. It’s also the easiest one I’ve ever made. My mom made it every year at Thanksgiving when we were growing up. But the original version has something like a cup and a half of white sugar! No wonder we all loved it so 🙂 Cranberries are so nutritionally loaded that it would be a darn shame to ruin things with all that sugar, so choose your sweetener wisely from the options below and keep it minimal. This dish gets better with a little resting time so make it the day before you need it for maximum flavor impact.
