This warming fall menu features different kinds of seasonal winter squash. You will chop it and slow cook it for a succulent beef stew. You will have it baked to tenderness and stuffed with a Mexi-bean mix and kicky buffalo chicken mix, tantalizingly topped with crunchy celery, carrots and just a hint of bleu cheese. This menu also features a satisfying Savory Succotash, probably the tastiest you’ve ever had, and perfect for warding off the crisp, snappy chill in the air.
